Standard Test Probes > 100 mil
The range of universal test probes for centers > 100 mil comprises types for centers up to a maximum of 4.50 mm.
They can be used for ICT/FTs (in-circuit test or function test) of components, burn-in / run-in tests, and for applications up to the testing of connectors on cable harnesses for the automotive industry. The use of suitable probes allows temperature ranges from -50 °C to 150 °C to be achieved.
