CCC Negative notification

In the area of CCC certification, the CNCA has created a CCC product catalog that lists products and product areas that require CCC certification.
However, this CCC catalog does not list every single product that may require CCC. Many products need to be assessed by intended use and function to determine which category they belong to and whether they require CCC.

The CCC catalog is constantly updated as Chinese regulations change frequently.

If it is confirmed that a product is not subject to the CCC catalog, a so-called “CCC negative certificate” can be issued to ensure smooth customs clearance of the product.

According to the CNCA's Annex to the Notice (No. 30 and 36 of 2023), our PCB terminal blocks and PCB mutli-connectors do not fall under the CCC categories.
Based on this, a CCC negative certificate exists for PTR HARTMANN GmbH products, which is regularly renewed.
