We are a successful company, which is part of a group, operating internationally and with our headquarters in Werne and other locations in Baiersdorf and Grävenwiesbach.

With our approximately 280 employees, we generate a turnover of about 80 million Euro. We develop and manufacture electrotechnical components and then market them worldwide. As a provider of high-quality products and solutions, PTR HARTMANN GmbH is an established supplier, on an advanced technical level, to the electronics and automobile industries.

Since January 1, 2018, PTR HARTMANN GmbH has owned both PTR and HARTU divisions. Starting in 2020, Hartmann Codier GmbH will also be trading under the PTR HARTMANN GmbH name.

The PTR division concentrates globally on the sectors of connection, integrated connection and testing technology. The HARTMANN section manufactures switches and also markets them worldwide. Inductors are manufactured and sold under the brand name of HARTU.

These are a logical addition to PTR HARTMANN GmbH‘s product range. The resulting synergies in marketing and logistics allow the customers’ requirements to be met even better in future. In these ways, PTR HARTMANN GmbH combines three strong ranges:
